Important: OptimizeLoan never asks for, stores, or processes sensitive personal credentials such as Aadhaar number, PAN card, Demat account passwords, or bank account credentials.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your submitted information is used exclusively to:

• Process your eligibility inquiry with authorized lending partners.
• Provide seamless hand-off to regulated financial institutions.
• Send a maximum of up to two (2) transactional WhatsApp follow-ups regarding incomplete eligibility requests.

4. WhatsApp Communication & Opt-Out

We strictly enforce anti-spam rules. We send a maximum of two automated reminders. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" or using our opt-out portal.

We share your eligibility request only with RBI-regulated banks, NBFCs, or verified lending infrastructure partners who evaluate loan against securities applications. We do not sell your personal information to third-party data brokers.
